2025 WKHS Boys Soccer Parent Checklist
Note: All of the information below with checklist and clickable links to signups can be found in the Parent Checklist link below
1. Playmetrics (required)
Team communications and schedules are all shared through this app. You can sync this calendar to
your own online calendar. You can add parents and other family members who want to receive
communications or access schedules. If you are not receiving communications or have other problems
with Playmetrics, please reach out to Kickers Club President Jed Kinderknecht at
jedidiah.kinderknecht@gmail.com.
- Make sure your player (and you) can access the team’s schedule in Playmetrics
2. Kickers Club Dues (required)
This fee covers a warm-up jersey for all players, professional photography at multiple games for
all three teams, senior night festivities, an end-of-season banquet, bags for all first-year
players and other events and equipment as requested by coaches.

3. Pay to Participate Fee (required)
This is the required school athletics fee, which needs to be paid through the My Payments Plus
platform.

4. Away Game Meals (optional)
The Kickers Club organizes away game meals for players who want this option. Away game meals will
be Jersey Mike’s. Players who would like to receive away game meals will need to fill out a form
(we will send this out) and pay $55 to cover the cost of five away game meals. Meals will be picked
up and delivered each game after school by the Kickers Club.
- NOTE: please make sure your player knows whether they have opted in for these meals because meals
will only be provided for players who opt in.
5. Garage Signs, Car Magnets, Window Clings (optional)
These are optional purchases and will be available for pick up at the parent meeting. Garage signs
are $20 and car magnets are $5.
Decide whether you want to purchase a garage sign and/or car magnet. Submit payment and pick up at
the parent meeting. Contact Jeannie Toops with questions or other pickup options at
wkhsboyssoccer@gmail.com.
6. Volunteer Commitments (required)
Each family is asked to volunteer in some capacity for the soccer program AND sign up to work two
concession shifts (we encourage you to work concession during a team your player is not on so you
don’t miss watching).

Sign up to host a team dinner (Each team hosts separate team dinners and we need two families
working together to host per dinner; A signup link will be sent as soon as we have dates.)

7. Spirit Wear (optional) Aug. 17 DUE DATE
Ares has been selected as our spirit wear provider for this soccer season. Orders are due by Aug.17
and can be placed directly through the online store. Payment is handled on the site, and orders
will be available for pickup after processing.

9. Kroger Rewards
Please link your Kroger Rewards card to our program. This must be done EACH YEAR for it to continue
working. Link your card to our program using code #80626 - WKHS Men’s Soccer - Kickers. Register at
Krogercommunityrewards.com. Sign in and click “Edit Kroger Community Rewards” and then enter the
provided code, select the organization from a list and click Confirm.

10. Fundraising
● FINAL CARWASH: 8/16 at Chubby’s.
● Varsity: 10-11:15 a.m.
● JVA: 11:15 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
● JVB: 12:30-1:45 p.m.
● 99 Pledges: each player is asked to raise $250. Details will be sent out via Playmetrics in the
coming weeks.
